Coaching for leaders of organizations.
Helping leaders succeed has been Greg’s primary vocation for decades.
He’s been in your shoes.
Greg was the young CEO of a fast-growing organization for over 25 years. He learned from experience how worthwhile coaching is to a senior leader who wants to succeed in work and life.
Greg has a Doctor of Ministry degree with a leadership emphasis from Fuller Theological Seminary. He has coached hundreds of leaders and teams around the globe.
He also has diverse experience as a teacher in formal academic settings and as a trainer in seminar and other training formats.
Dr. Fritz’s first entrepreneurial venture was serving as Founder and President of Caleb Project from 1982 to 2006. Under his leadership Caleb Project grew from a fledgling start-up to an organization with 100 staff members and international influence. He effectively developed vision, created business plans, built administrative structures, recruited staff, and funded the effort for 25 years. Also while at Caleb Project, he regularly trained and coached people who entered cultures different than their own.
As part of his doctoral studies, Dr. Fritz developed a leadership and management curriculum, Leadership Code, which he has taught in a variety of settings. It contains ten key leadership and management categories and covers 100 character-based leadership principles.
Dr. Fritz served as an Adjunct Professor at Whitworth University. In his Cross Cultural Ministry class he helped prepare students for the ethnic, religious, and other cultural differences that they will encounter as they enter today’s increasingly diverse marketplace. In the World Religions class he helped students overcome prejudice and fear that people often experience when they encounter people of other faiths.
Greg Fritz earned a BS in Agricultural Education from The Pennsylvania State University, and MDiv and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Fuller Seminary.
Leadership: I have over 25 years experience as a chief executive officer.
Teaching: I particularly enjoy teaching leadership and missions from a biblical perspective.
Team-building: My leadership style is collaborative. I create environments in which people offer their individual best to accomplish extraordinary synergistic results.
Delegation: I eagerly trust others with appropriate responsibilities.
Initiating structures: I love creative new ideas and energetically serve to launch them.
Greg loves to see people, organizations, and systems functioning at their highest capacity, and he works hard to enable such results. He cares deeply about organizational mission and culture, corporate dependence on God, and the importance of cultivating his own deep, personal relationship with Christ.
What stands out most to me is Greg’s integrity and wisdom. His experience and knowledge was of great benefit to our organization, and I personally learned a lot from Greg. To me, he was the ideal supervisor. He gave a lot of responsibility and authority to his people, yet at the same time he was encouraging and always there to listen and help solve problems. I would wholeheartedly recommend Greg as a leader to any organization.
I have personally benefited from Greg’s leadership coaching . His insights have added value to me individually, as well as to my family and organisation. One of the things I learnt from his interventions, was the importance of building in “margin” within one’s schedule and life. This allows a leader to retain stamina in the midst of unexpected demands and to field curve balls, which characterise the life of a busy leader. That is one example of the many lessons I learnt, of which I am utmostly grateful.
Greg Fritz has a proven ability to manage an organization extremely well with great insight and integrity. His personal style is engaging and thoughtful, always keeping the organization’s mission at the center of his focus and bringing the best out of his staff. Greg is a tremendous asset to any organization that would be fortunate to have his involvement and I am proud to have worked for him.
