Greg was the young CEO of a fast-growing organization for over 25 years. He learned from experience how worthwhile coaching is to a senior leader who wants to succeed in work and life.

Greg has a Doctor of Ministry degree with a leadership emphasis from Fuller Theological Seminary. He has coached hundreds of leaders and teams around the globe.

He also has diverse experience as a teacher in formal academic settings and as a trainer in seminar and other training formats.

Dr. Fritz’s first entrepreneurial venture was serving as Founder and President of Caleb Project from 1982 to 2006. Under his leadership Caleb Project grew from a fledgling start-up to an organization with 100 staff members and international influence. He effectively developed vision, created business plans, built administrative structures, recruited staff, and funded the effort for 25 years. Also while at Caleb Project, he regularly trained and coached people who entered cultures different than their own.

As part of his doctoral studies, Dr. Fritz developed a leadership and management curriculum, Leadership Code, which he has taught in a variety of settings. It contains ten key leadership and management categories and covers 100 character-based leadership principles.

Dr. Fritz served as an Adjunct Professor at Whitworth University. In his Cross Cultural Ministry class he helped prepare students for the ethnic, religious, and other cultural differences that they will encounter as they enter today’s increasingly diverse marketplace. In the World Religions class he helped students overcome prejudice and fear that people often experience when they encounter people of other faiths.

Greg Fritz earned a BS in Agricultural Education from The Pennsylvania State University, and MDiv and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Fuller Seminary.

Greg loves to see people, organizations, and systems functioning at their highest capacity, and he works hard to enable such results. He cares deeply about organizational mission and culture, corporate dependence on God, and the importance of cultivating his own deep, personal relationship with Christ.
